Delivery and Shipping Terms
At Golden Claw Hairy Crab, we ensure smooth and timely delivery of your premium hairy crabs. Please review the following terms carefully:
Delivery Arrangements
All delivery dates and time slots are subject to confirmation. To arrange delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at 94520804 before placing your order.
Delivery Hours and Locations
- Deliveries are made daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM to valid addresses within Singapore (certain exclusions may apply).
- Orders over $250 (before GST) qualify for free delivery. A $15 surcharge applies to orders below this amount.
Shipping Schedule
We ship directly from Yangcheng Lake to Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Orders placed will be shipped on the next available shipping day, with delivery expected within 48 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Fees
- For Singapore orders: Free delivery on purchases over $250, otherwise a $15 delivery fee applies.
- For international orders (Thailand and Malaysia), shipping fees vary and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, no cancellations or modifications can be made. Hiarycrab.store does not offer refunds after the order is confirmed and payment is processed. However, if you receive a dead crab, we will promptly send a fresh replacement.
Delivery Issues
If there are any delivery delays or issues, please contact us immediately at aircrewnet@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue quickly.
Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of hairy crabs, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to unavailability, we cannot guarantee the product's freshness, and refunds will not be provided.
